For February we are featuring a Cranberry Pecan White Chocolate Chip Cookie, a Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookie, our yummy Tiger Cookie (chocolate rolled in powdered sugar), and a Cream Cheese Shortbread heart shaped cookie dipped in chocolate. The South Carolina Specialty Food Association (SCSFA) is holding a Winter Farmers Market located in the Corbett Building at the NEW Farmers Market on Charleston Hwy in West Columbia. The building is nice and heated, and along with TLC Confections you can find other wonderful SCSFA members like The Moore Food Company, Hyman Vineyards, and Smokin Coles!!! There is lots of fresh produce, and everything else from ice cream to hand-made soaps. So come see us at the Farmers Market Saturdays from 9-1 (the market is open till 5 pm), and check out all the great products grown or produced right here in our very own South Carolina!
